01 — Press Moulds
Moulds for current and legacy vinyl record presses, milled from high-grade 4140 tool steel with proprietary flow-simulated internal cooling circuits. Batch-matched and qualified under thermal imaging. Sizes 7″, 10″ and 12″. Three proprietary architectures: 01 Traditional — Enhanced Flow, 02 Segmented Gallery, 03 The Latest Iteration. Centre profiles: 45° or parallel bush centres, Columbia-style, UK-spec 1/2-inch.
02 — Mould Pins
Consumable-class pins engineered around stamper life and the hardness–toughness trade-off, with controlled heat treatment. Made to suit the mould, not just the drawing.
03 — Bushes
Three face styles — flat-face, raised-ridge and oval-faced — with contact-only cooling for faster cycles. Pheenix AD12 shim-free bottom bush: Torx/hollow-nut adjustment, collet eliminated.
04 — 2-Barrel Extruders
Twin-barrel extruders for multi-colour pressings — blobs, pinwheel and segmented, up to three colours at once with two extra PVC pucks. Cup shapes: star, 3-part segmented male/female, pinwheel and custom. Independent speed and heat control; twin safety buttons and light curtains.
05 — Auxiliary & General CNC
Auxiliary equipment for pressing lines, plus precision CNC parts for the wider vinyl record industry. Tight tolerances, fast turnaround.
